"Choo- choo" Ride

On Friday, Emilee (my sister-in-law) and I decided to take the kids up to Salt Lake to ride the "choo choo" aka- Trax!!  The kids had so much fun especially Will, I guess he could hardly sleep the night before because he was so excited!!  We parked at Gateway and then rode the train up to Bill's (my brother) work.  It was fun to see his office since we are so not familiar with that in our family- Brad works from home.  After the train ride Emilee and I had a lot of fun shoppin' at the Gateway.  We (or I should say the kids) didn't last long.  They were all past their nap times.  Emilee ended up carrying Will (35lbs), Tate (22lbs) and her diaper bag (who knows how heavy that could be).  I was carrying Halle (24lbs), a pregnant belly (not telling), a camera bag (5lbs), a pursre (5lbs), and two huge shopping bags (10lbs).  You should have seen the looks we got while walking a couple of blocks to the car!!  Thanks guys for going with us- we had a blast!!

Is she too young for COKE?

On Sunday when I was in the shower, Halle opened the shower curtain and said, "Mommy I wan Coke."  It is really sad that she is already asking for it.  We never have Coke at our house except if we go out to a fast food restaurant and bring our cups home.  I think she has spent a little too much time over at Grandma Carrie's (just playin' Mom).  We are very lucky to live by both of Halle's grandparents even if they both have Coke in their refrigerators!!

New Favorite Thing

I know- our blog is just about Halle, but who really wants to hear about me and Brad.  Her new favorite thing is to put stickers all over her body.  The other day she came to me with them all over her face- she thought it was so funny!!

Halle: the little model

Halle has decided that she likes to pose for the camera (on her terms though).  Whenever I take a picture of her she says, "I see."  She loves to look at her pictures either on the camera or on the computer.  I think she might follow in her fathers footsteps!! (HAHA)

New Year, New Job

So long to Living Scriptures and thanks for employing Brad.  He has worked for them for almost six years on and off.  Just recently he was selling for them "full-time" at the mall (he only worked about twenty hours a week, but who's counting) and before that he has a manager for the summer sales.  It has been an awesome job for him.  We have won many wonderful trip- places we probably never would have gone to.  Now, Brad is working full-time for the Entity.  It is a graphic design company and he loves it.  I wouldn't say I love it since he is working all the time, but the perk about this job is that he works from home.  It is nice to have him at home with me and Halle, but I have been warned that he does need to work.  Halle likes to knock on his office door and "visit" him all the time.  We are truly grateful for this new opportunity!!  Thanks to LSI and Entitiy for knowing how awesome my husband is!!
